When GST was introduced, the entire indirect tax litigation almost came to a stand still, as the government and the department was not issuing show cause notices, there have been no raids, audits and measures for recovery. . It meant our core practice area has faced a sudden roadblock. In the face of acute circumstantial adversity, instead of getting overawed by the situation, we carefully re-calibrated our approach and developed our other areas of practice like insolvency and bankrupt
